This summer, we immerse in sensory play! Our senses are central to how we experience the world, how we behave, and how we learn.
Our curriculum is designed to help each child strengthen and balance their senses in the most stimulating and soothing classroom of all—the great outdoors. As always, creatures will be our teachers, and the magical landscape of summer will be our inspiration. Each lesson is designed to capture kids’ imagination, connect kids to nature and support a different aspect of sensory play--all while having fun!
Summer schedule
The summer season begins the week of June 12. Each class will meet weekly for seven weeks, ideally ending the week of July 31st (pending any necessary rescheduling and skipping the week of July 4th). Sunday classes do not run over the summer, only the Wednesday and Thursday classes.
Classes will be rescheduled if weather conditions, a leader’s illness or other situation causes an inability to hold class on our end.
